  1. @nat3mil Hello I have used your new method of rooting with Revolutionary. How do I get the Automatic updates to stop occurring. The stock verizon software updates keep automatically starting.

  2. After using your root method successfully I am no longer able to hear anything when I receive or make a call. Any ideas?

flash a rooted version of it, or flash a custom rom built from it

  5. Rom manager does not recognise the cwm revolutionary recovery and asks me to flash another cwm recovery. Should I proceed after having rooted with revolutionary?

  6. While rooting my computer closed the Revolutionary program after selecting yes to downloading recovery. Same point yours crashed. I disabled firewalls but after re-running the revolutionary program it never progressed pass trying to connect to device. Phone remained on the fastboot screen during the whole time. What can I do to get this going? Don't want to brick my phone.

  9. Hi Nat3mil,

Do you know if revolutionary will still root a stock tbolt that just had the vzw update installed?
I'd like to take the oppurtunity and root a family member's device, though they already have the update installed on their stock 2.3 tbolt and I'm just unsure if this has anything to do with it since I don't want to mess anything up.

Ive heard reports both ways that it works and doesnt work (more that it doesnt). if you want you can try it, if it doesnt work it wont break the phone in any way. (id love to hear back on what happens if you do try it)

  12. Nat3mil,

I still haven't had the chance to try, though I will try in the coming days.
I saw your video on how to flash a radio - thank you for the instructional video.
Just a question in the meantime, in the case that Revolutionary wouldn't work, is it possible to flash the previous radio to a stock unrooted tbolt that had the update, simply solely taking the radio zip and following your video and flash the older radio, and then rooting with revolutionary, and then flashing the new radio zip back? Is that possible/acceptable/recommended to do on a non rooted device?

  13. U can't downgrade a nonrooted phone.
