Forced OTA Updates on Rooted Thunderbolt
I have been hearing a lot lately that after rooting, peoples' phones are updating automatically over night. Their phone usually will then not boot up and keeps shutting off. This situation is not as bad as it use to be now with the revolutionary root method because the revolutionary bootloader will not be overwritten by an ota, keeping the s-off status. I found the article that is linked below that explains different methods on how to recovery from this situation. To avoid these updates in the future, I would suggest installing a custom rom.
